Dinamika Populasi Atactodea Striata (Gmelin, 1791) (Mollusca: Mesodesmatidae) Di Pantai Berpasir Ohoider, Kep. Kei Kecil, Maluku Tenggara

Atactodea striata (Gmelin, 1791) are inhabitants of the sandy at Village Ohoider, Kei Kecil Islands, MalukuTenggara. Sampling has been carried out on the 15th of September 1997 to October 1998 for the shell heightmeasurement. Monthly length frequency data were then analyzed using the software FiSAT II to estimatepopulation parameters such as population structure, age maximum, maximum length, growth and recruitment.Result obtained from this study is that Atactodea striata shells generally consist of four age groups, except in certainmonths were widened to five because of the occurence of old shell group. Mussels in this study reproducemultivoltine with expected life span of almost four years. The maximum length of the mussels is 19.03 mm at 95%confidence level, and the growth coefficient K = 0.37 with a growth performance index φ '= 1.74. Observations onhabitat sediment discovered that these shells prefer to live in the fine sand with range of fire grain of 65.96 to69.09%

Bentuk Penyajian Musik Talempong Goyang di Sanggar Carano Kota Palembang

Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu ‘Bagaimanakah Bentuk Penyajian Musik Talempong Goyang Di Sanggar Carano Kota Palembang?. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui Bentuk Penyajian Musik Talempong Goyang Di Sanggar Carano Kota Palembang, dengan harapan sangat bermanfaat bagi semua pihak diantaranya bagi mahasiswa, bagi guru serta bagi peneliti sendiri. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode kualitatif dimana data dikumpulkan melalui teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini di analisis hingga menjadi sebuah laporan penelitian yang memiliki target luaran yaitu dipublikasikan ke dalam sebuah jurnal ilmiah dan dijadikan sebagai bahan ajar pada mata kuliah terkait, khususnya seni musik. Talempong adalah sebuah alat musik yang berasal dari Sumatera Barat. Alat musik ini berbentuk seperti bonang pada kesenian gamelan dari pulau Jawa, namun perbedaannya terletak pada ukuran dan nada, dimana alat musik talempong berukuran lebih kecil dan terdiri dari 7 nada. Talempong terbuat dari kuningan, tetapi ada juga yang terbuat dari kayu dan batu. Saat ini talempong dari jenis kuningan lebih banyak digunakan dan dipasarkan. Kesenian talempong goyang merupakan kesenian tradisi sumatera barat, sehingga lagu-lagu yang dibawakan juga menggunakan lagu-lagu daerah sumatera barat. Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Visioner Kepala Sekolah Dan Budaya Sekolah Terhadap Manajemen Mutu SD

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan visioner kepala sekolah dan budaya sekolah terhadap manajemen mutu sekolah pada sekolah dasar negeri di Kecamatan Surade Kabupaten Sukabumi, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey melalui analisis korelasi dan regresi. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 45 orangkepala sekolah dan 160 guru dari 45 sekolah dasar negeri se-Kecamatan Surade Kabupaten Sukabumi menggunakan teknik probability sampling dan proportionate stratifed random sampling. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan visioner kepala sekolah dan budaya sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap manajemen mutu sekolah sebesar 40,70% dan sisanya sebesar 59,30% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Dengan demikian, kepemimpinan visioner kepala sekolah dan budaya sekolah menjadi faktor penting yang harus dibangun secara bersama-sama dalam upaya pencapaian manajemen mutu sekolah, sehingga sinergisnya kepemimpinan visioner kepala sekolah, budaya sekolah diharapkan dapat meningkatkan manajemen mutu sekolah di sekolah dasar. This research aims to determine how much influence the visionary leadership of school principals and the school culture affect the school quality management in elementary school in Kecamatan Surade, Kabupaten Sukabumi either partially or simultaneously. This research use a quantitative approach with survey method through correlation and regression analysis. The samples used are 160 teachers fand 45 headmasters from 45 elementary schools in Kecamatan Surade Kabupaten Sukabumi by probability sampling technique and proportionate stratifed random sampling . The result of data analysis shows that simultaneously, there is significant influence between the visionary leadership and the school culture collectively toward the school quality management by 40,70% and 59,30% influenced by other factors. Thus, the visionary leadership and the school culture become an important factor that needs to be developed together in achieving the school quality management. Therefore, the synergist of the visionary leadership and school culture is expected to improve the school quality management in elementary school.

PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA DIGITAL PADA PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA INDONESIA UNTUK SISWA KELAS V SD

This study aims to produce a product in the form of digital learning media in Indoensia Language Learning for fifth grade elementary school students that is valid, practical, and has potential effects. This Research and Development (RnD) uses the ADDIE development model namely (Analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation). The test subjects for this study were fifth grade students at SDN 18 Lawang Kidul. Data collection techniques using unstructured interviews, Questionnaires, test, and documentation. Data analysis in this study is the analysis of validity, practicality, and potential effects. The result of the data analysis show that the digital media development is included in the “Valid” category with 2 experts through 3 aspects obtaining an acquisition score of 80,86%. Based on the One-To-One trail and the Small Group trial, the value obtained was 94,68% in the “Practical” category. Furthermore, the digital media developed has a potential effect, this is evidenced by the average student learning outcomes that reach the KKM determined by the school, which is 96% in the “Good” OR “Have Potential Effect” category

ABSTRACT The development of teaching materials based on local wisdom in South Sumatra for grade 2 at SD Negeri 243, has the goal of knowing the development of teaching material products that are valid and practical. The type of research used by researchers in the development of this teaching material is R & D research and development, the model used is the Tessmer model. Tessmer's development research focused on 2 stages, namely the preliminary stage and the prototyping stage using a formative evaluation flow. The research subjects were grade 2 students at 243 Palembang Elementary School. The data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires and documentation, based on the results of validator expert research from the three fields, namely media, material, and language where the validators in this development were 2 validators covering these three fields, so that the validator percentage results from the two experts were 87.33% categorized as "valid". then the one to one trial obtained a percentage value of 91% which was categorized as very practical, then the small group trial obtained a percentage value of 85%.   Keywords: Development, teaching materials, and local wisdo
